Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience is essential.
• Experience with SAP or payroll software is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify seafarer contracts and update details in Crew Management Software.
• Process monthly/final wages and statutory contributions for seafarers.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of crew control accounts.

Job Description

• Verify seafarer contracts, movements & bank details updated in Crew Management Software.
• Processing monthly/final wages & payments to seafarer using Crew Payroll Software (auto-interface to SAP).
• Processing monthly statutory contributions for seafarer.
• Processing Cash to Master payments and register its accounting entries into SAP.
• Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliation of crew control accounts.
• Yearly submission of employers’ income tax returns IR8A for seafarer.
• Liaise with Business Units on operation matters.
• Involve in other ad-hoc process improvement projects.
