• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in SAP/payroll is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Verify seafarer contracts and process monthly wages and payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of crew control accounts.
• Submit yearly income tax returns for seafarers.

Job description

1. Verify seafarer contracts, movements & bank details updated in Crew Management Software.

2. Processing monthly/final wages & payments to seafarer using Crew Payroll Software (auto-interface to SAP).

3. Processing monthly statutory contributions for seafarer.

4. Processing Cash to Master payments and register its accounting entries into SAP.

5. Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliation of crew control accounts.

6. Yearly submission of employers’ income tax returns IR8A for seafarer.

7. Liaise with Business Units on operation matters.

8. Involve in other ad-hoc process improvement projects.

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
