Job Summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:

    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • No experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM4,500 per month

Reporting to: General Manager in Malaysia and Finance Director in HQ

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm

Remuneration: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500

Job Description:
  1. Responsible for general accounting, including processing invoices, data entry, AP, AR, payment vouchers.
  2. Scanning, filing, and logging account documents.
  3. Updating computerized accounting systems.
  4. Generating reports and summaries as needed by the Finance department.
  5. Assisting in daily operational duties and undertaking any ad-hoc accounting assignments as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/LCCI certificate or equivalent.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel & Word) and familiar with computer accounting software.
  3. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  4. Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage.
