Manage accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, internal controls, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Full set account handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Treasury Management: Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, conduct daily bank reconciliations, assist with short-term investments, deposits, and treasury transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, manage receivables, reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
General Ledger and Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records, assist in month-end and year-end closing, support financial report preparation.
Taxation and Compliance: Support tax return preparations, stay updated with tax regulations, liaise with tax authorities.
E-Invoicing Implementation: Lead or assist in E-Invoicing software integration, train users, ensure regulatory compliance.
Internal Controls and Compliance: Maintain financial controls, ensure adherence to policies, identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, exposure to treasury management.
Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance.
Experience with e-invoicing is highly desirable.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
Attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills, good communication.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Remuneration and Benefits:
Basic salary: RM5,000 - RM7,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
