Job Responsibilities

1. Managing the complete full set of accounts utilizing AutoCount accounting system, managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts department and completing year-end financial report.
2. Handling A/P processes; supervise A/P assistants, oversee the accurate processing of invoices, and matched with purchase orders and delivery orders, to ensure subordinates have keyed into system correctly, verify monthly staff’s claims and payment transactions to suppliers.
3. Handling A/R records; prepare sales invoices / related documents and ensure all payment collections are captured accurately and posted in the accounting system are up to date.
4. Reviewing account schedules including fixed assets, hire purchases, accruals, prepayment, supplier deposit listing etc. and inter-company transactions.
5. Performing and reviewing reconciliation statements such as bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation, debtors, creditors, and reconciliations of any assigned clearing accounts.
6. Preparing debtor & creditor aging and planning, executing, and monitoring all related matters on cash flow management, banking facilities, and payment arrangement.
7. Liaising with banks, company secretaries and external auditors / tax agent and comply with regulatory requirements.
8. Identifying and resolving accounting related operational issues, discrepancies, abnormal transactions and assisting in establishing the SOPs for relevant related processes.
