Accounts Manager

The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: Prepare and review accurate financial statements to reflect the company's financial performance.
• Team leadership: Lead and supervise the Accounting Department by assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to developing annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and create financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / or a professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / ICAEW / MICPA) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a financial managerial position, preferably with experience in the tourism or services industry.
