ACCOUNTS & FINANCE MANAGER

Role

As the Accounts and Finance Manager at JETAINE CORPORATION SDN BHD, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. This full-time position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor and is integral to the company's overall financial operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger management
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets and cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team to drive efficiency and accuracy
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA or CPA)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar Accounts Manager or senior accounting role
• Strong technical accounting skills and a thorough understanding of financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
