The Opportunity

ANTARAMASA GROUP is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to join their team in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the company's financial operations and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of the company's financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making

Manage accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, general ledger, bank reconciliation and other financial processes to maintain the company's financial health

Ensure timely and accurate data entry and financial reporting

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure timely and effective financial reporting

Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard the company's assets

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function

Provide guidance and support to the finance/ accounting team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Report directly to Managing Director

What We're Looking For

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (professional qualification is an advantage)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial accounting and reporting function

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends

Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SQL accounting and Microsoft Office

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
