  • Degree holder in Finance/Accounting, Business Management, or business-related field.
  • Professional qualification of ACCA/CIMA is plus.
  • Preferable with experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with reputable audit firm.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with Manufacturing accounting.
  • Analytical mind with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Details-oriented, committed, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing abilities.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and/or related data modelling tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP system.
  • Involve in daily operations in Accounting department e.g. interface.
  • Involve in implementing of E-Invoicing and ERP operation.
  • Maintenance of full sets accounts & month-end closing.
  • Perform quarterly reporting.
  • To accountable on preparation of financial statement for external and internal party.
  • Reconciliation/ analysis of balance sheet items and analysis of Profit & Loss account items for data accuracy and control purpose.
  • Assist in internal and external audit process and liaise with auditors.

Budgeting and Forecast

  • Be a key financial partner to provide insights and recommendations to market and management, provide financial supports and align with market objectives
  • Manage budget/ forecast across all functions
  • Provide relevant information securing budget/ forecast sign offs
  • Make sure the budget/ forecast is credible, accurate and realistic
  • Play a key role in terms of developing business case. Well understand prominent business challenges and lead regular/ad-hoc financial analysis on performances, supply chain management, return on marketing investments (ROMI) etc.
