We're currently looking for a talented Accounts & Finance Manager to join Bina Warehouse, one of the most established companies in Malaysia providing World-Class bathrooms & kitchens to exclusive homes.

As a flexible company, we can work with your individual strengths and weaknesses.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning

Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity by working with contracts department and other departments

Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure checks and balances, and secure running of the department

Provide insightful financial reports and recommendations to management

Accounting Operations:

Oversee all accounting functions: AP, AR, GL, reconciliation.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions

Ensure that daily functions such as reconciliation of bank statements are done and check discrepancies

Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure that the new e-invoicing practices are put in place and in compliance with the tax authorities

Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards and internal controls

Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and statutory reports

Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities

Lead a small Accounts team, and encourage team members' development

Create a high-performance team culture fostered in strong teamwork

Learning & Driving Transformation:

Embrace training opportunities provided and implement new digital tools in accounting

Work closely with IT department to digitize and automate processes

Education:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Experience:Prefer 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role (e.g. Accounts Manager, Finance Manager)

Keen to learn & implement new learning

Leadership skills: Teamwork & able to work well with people

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards & tax regulations

Proficient & Experienced in Accounting software & Microsoft Office.

Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarinis an advantage.
