Job description

Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow projections.

Ensure the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including SST, while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.

Liaise with bankers, tax agents, auditors, and regulatory bodies on financial matters.

Conduct warehouse stock take and ensure accurate inventory records.

Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Professional certification (ACCA, LCCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires liaising with other countries.
