About the role

As an Accounts Executive at Syfon Systems Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in managing the full set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. This full-time position, based in Shah Alam, Selangor, is an integral part of the Accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.

What you'll be doing

Handle full set accounts and ensure timely closing of monthly accounts

Perform various accounting-related duties which involve handling/overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management reports, cash flow management, forecast, and budgeting.

Responsible for daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements/ guidelines.

Maintain and handle daily operation issues.

Timely submission of monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.

Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirements.

Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, etc.

Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and function as and when assigned by the superior.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.

Candidate with experience in construction industry will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Accounting Software MYOB will be an added advantage.

Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.

Responsible, Meticulous, and possess a good working attitude.
