Accounts Executive - Temporary (4 Months)

RM3,000.00/bln - RM3,800.00/bln

The role involves assisting in the preparation of journals for provision, accruals, and prepayment charges. You will check intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations, prepare balance sheet schedules post-closing, and assist in data preparation for tax computations. Additional responsibilities include supporting internal and external audits, filing journal vouchers, preparing weekly sales forecasts, and costing for goods received. You will also compile data on freight expenses for truck shipments monthly, verify payments to Customs, assist with e-Invoicing, participate in annual stock counts, and handle other ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
