ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

iPainterDIY, a leading home decor enhancement brand with 6 branches across West Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage and oversee the financial operations for both our servicing and retail sales divisions. If you have strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and a keen ability to maintain accurate financial records, we invite you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping, AP/AR, costing, and full set of accounts.
• Prepare accounts for auditing.
• Monitor cash deposits from outlets and perform bank reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Ensure accounting procedures follow company policies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Complete assigned accounting tasks accurately and on time.
• Support office operations with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience (retail industry preferred).
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting System and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
