An established industry player in the Food & Beverage sector is seeking an Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive to manage financial records for multiple entities. This role involves preparing financial reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and general ledger (GL).
• Reconcile daily sales transactions and verify bank deposits.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
• Process supplier payments and expense claims on a timely basis.
• Assist in tax submissions (SST and etc.) and audit matters.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support financial reporting.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial controls.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
(2) SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
• Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions, verifying accuracy in bank deposits.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and other financial analysis as required.
• Handle supplier payment, employee expense claims and petty cash management, ensuring proper documentation and timely disbursement.
• Assist in audit & tax preparation, ensuring all required financial records and supporting documents are available and in compliance with financial standards.
• Maintain and organize accurate accounting records, ensuring proper documentation for internal and external reporting.
• Liaise with banks and suppliers on accounting-related matters.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, SST regulations, and general tax requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
