Job Description:

1. Able to handle full set of accounts including AR, AP & GL
2. Provision of accurate and timely periodic and monthly financial reports and statements
3. To reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
4. Prepare required schedules/report for yearly audit and tax purpose
5. Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidiaries
6. Assist to manage Intercompany transactions and reconciliation
7. Preparing of GST reports for quarterly submission
8. Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
9. To assure adherence to the Company policies, procedures and practices
10. Ensure compliance with related statutory requirements
11. Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and any other authorities as and when required
12. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least Diploma / Professional qualification in accounting
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in similar fields
3. Candidate must be a hands-on person and able to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Self-motivated good interpersonal and possess initiative
5. Independent and able to work in a team as well
