Job description

Accounts Executive / Junior Accounts Executive

To assist with the maintenance of the full set of accounts.

To manage supplier payments and maintain relationships with suppliers.

To monitor the company's receivables.

To process material deductions and back-charges from customers.

To perform and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Participate in physical inventory counts.

To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries.

To carry out ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• A Degree in Accounting or currently pursuing professional accountancy qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of accounting and finance-related experience.
• Experience in operational matters, preferably from the construction industry.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; knowledgeable in IT-based accounting systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and transactions.
• Integrity, responsibility, and diligence.
