A leading contractor in Malaysia seeks an Accounts Executive to assist with full account management and supplier relations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, 2-3 years of experience, and proficiency in accounting software, ready to contribute positively in the construction industry.
To assist with the maintenance of the full set of accounts.
To manage supplier payments and maintain relationships with suppliers.
To monitor the company's receivables.
To process material deductions and back-charges from customers.
To perform and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Participate in physical inventory counts.
To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries.
To carry out ad-hoc duties as required.
