A leading company in finance seeks a dedicated and independent finance administrator. In this role, you will handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Candidates with a diploma in Finance and fluency in Mandarin are preferred, including fresh graduates eager to learn.
Handle administration works in Finance and Accounts.
Able to handle AR, AP, and full set accounts.
Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, and internal control guidelines.
Ensure timely reporting and analysis related to responsibilities as required.
Ensure sales and collection transactions are accurately and promptly recorded in the account.
Record entries of invoices and receipts into the accounting system.
Check and fill out the supplier statement and official receipt.
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements. Enter new or updated vendor data.
Prepare TT forms and bank drafts to suppliers.
Handle payment for a six-month car installment from the bank.
Manage payroll, prepare employee salary summaries, and pass salary journal entries into the accounting system.
Prepare forms and payments for E.P.F., Socso, PCB, Company Income Tax, and PSMB, including filing.
Prepare advances for individual employees if applicable.
Prepare EA forms for individual employees.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, such as LCCI.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Experience in handling full set accounts is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferably a Senior Executive in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
