Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist in month end closing processes including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Manage the full spectrum of accounts payables and receivables.
Enter bills and invoices into accounting system and perform matching of bills/invoices to purchase/sales orders and delivery orders.
Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies in invoices/bills, debit and credit notes.
Assist in SST, e-Invoice, and other regulatory compliance matters.
Liaise with external auditors in relation to accounting matters.
