Job summary

ACCA Careers in Malaysia is seeking a diligent junior accountant for our Johor office. You will handle the full set of accounts with training provided for fresh graduates, and support year-end schedules while liaising with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged for junior positions.
• 1 year of full set accounts experience is preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred for client liaison.
• Accounting degree/diploma or pursuing professional qualifications (ACCA/ICAEW/MICPA-CAANZ/CPA Australia) required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (training provided for fresh graduates).
• Prepare year-end audit schedules and liaise with auditors/tax agents.
• Responsible for all financial and accounting matters.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Handle full set of accounts (training will be provided for fresh graduate).

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of full set accounts experience.
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is preferred for client liaison
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or pursuing or holding a professional qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA-CAANZ, or CPA Australia)
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply for junior position.
