We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Accounts Executive (AR) - Fresh Graduate to join our team based in various locations. Your responsibilities will include planning customer service appointments, coordinating with the service team to create optimal schedules.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Preparing the monthly ageing report, bad debts provision, and DSO / AP.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in AR.
• Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin skills.
• Good IT knowledge with advanced Excel skills; added advantage.
• Team player, proactive, with a good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently, meticulous, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Highly Desirable

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Versatility to build rapport at all levels.
• Multilingual in English, Mandarin, and Korean/Thai with clear communication skills.
