Job Summary

As an Accounts Receivable Executive (1-year contract) at Suntory, you will manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining financial health. You will optimize cash flow through strategic planning and effective debt recovery processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to streamline operations and enhance financial efficiency. This role is crucial in driving the financial success and operational effectiveness of the company.

Job Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Clearing payment AR (Ecomm, Preferred Distributor, Non-Preferred Distributor, Direct business) / perform payment posting and clearing daily
  • Monitor and update AR ageing report
  • Assist with tax schedule & computation, and support in tax submission
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and tax provision calculations
  • Monitor and plan cash flow, funding, and budget allocations
  • Assist with internal & external audits and liaise with auditors
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
Your Team

Reporting to: AR Team Lead
Peers: 2 x Account Executives - AR
Team Size: 4 including Team Lead

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry in accounting roles
  • Minimum 2 years in FMCG or retail industry

Functional / Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and Excel functions like Pivot and Vlookup
  • Experience in accounts receivable management
Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
