Maintain a full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, FA, Costing, Income Tax, and Banking) up to monthly/yearly closing.
Assist in financial year-end audits.
Follow up on overdue invoices with customers.
Prepare payments to suppliers and handle staff claims.
Prepare and submit statutory document filings.
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as requested.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance department or audit-related fields.
Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
Knowledge of shipping processes is an added advantage.
Proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
