Job summary

A leading property development company seeks an Accounts Executive to manage financial operations, including reconciliations and reporting. Candidates should have a diploma in accounting and at least 2 years of experience. The role includes handling treasury functions, cash flow management, and liaising with external parties to ensure accuracy in financial procedures.

• Responsible for maintaining accounts including monthly reconciliations and management reports.

Job description

Responsible for the preparation of a full set of accounts, including monthly reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and management reports

Ensure accuracy and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions

Preparation and updating of cash flow daily, as well as performing bank reconciliation

Handle treasury function and cash flow management

To prepare the annual budget and forecast

To manage day-to-day operations and activities in the accounts department

Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports & functions as and when assigned by management

Liaise with external parties, including lawyers, auditors, tax agents, bankers, and others.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess an Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher or Part Professional qualification.

At least 2 year(s) of related working experience.

Preferably with experience in property development/construction/building industry

Positive and Pro-active attitude.

High degree of integrity, maturity, and pleasant personality.

An independent and dynamic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of IFCA/ACCWIN accounting software is an advantage.
