We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong expertise in project invoicing, financial reporting, and cost analysis. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for ensuring financial accuracy and accountability in project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Preparation: Generate and issue accurate, contract-compliant invoices for ongoing and completed projects across multiple branches.
• Receivables Tracking: Monitor and update payment statuses in coordination with project teams, ensuring timely collections and proactive follow-ups.
• Financial Analysis & Project Reporting:
• Final Account Review: Analyze final statements of accounts for project closure, validating accuracy and consistency with agreed budgets and deliverables.
• Pre-Handover Analysis: Assess payment completion status prior to project handover, ensuring all financial obligations are fulfilled.
• Project Progress & Revenue Recognition:
• Percentage of Completion Reporting: Support the project team in preparing and updating percentage of completion (POC) templates to reflect project progress for revenue recognition and reporting accuracy.
• Budget & Forecast Management:
• System Updates: Maintain and regularly update budgeted costs in the accounting/ERP system based on project forecasts and scope changes. Ensure financial data integrity and version control.
• Cost to Completion (CNR) Analysis:
• CNR Review: Conduct detailed cost-to-completion analyses for all active projects and prepare reports for management approval. Validate cost trends and flag deviations from budget forecasts.
