Accounts Executive

We are a leading technology company providing online payment services, and part of a global group listed on the US NASDAQ exchange.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the Candidate will be a key addition to the Finance Team, managing local accounting and finance operations as well as integrated global reporting.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

1. Manage full set of company accounts.
2. Handle Accounts Receivable – Billing to Collection.
3. Handle Accounts Payable – Procurement to Payment.
4. Manage banking and treasury operations.
5. Prepare monthly management reports and ad hoc financial analysis.
6. Perform monthly accounting close with submission to the global reporting portals, together with reconciliations and supporting schedules.
7. Manage tax and statutory compliances.

Requirements of the Candidate:

1. Possess a Degree in Accounting or a Professional Certification in ACCA.
2. Minimum of 2 years of working experience in accounting and finance and in handling full sets of accounts.
3. Able to work independently and deliver results in a timely manner.
4. Comfortable collaborating and communicating in a team environment.
5. Experience working in a multi-national accounting environment is an advantage.
6. Working knowledge of ABSS accounting software is an advantage.
