About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Asia Poly Holdings Berhad in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and financial duties, contributing to the overall success of the Company.

Job responsibilities

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and other financial transactions

Preparing and processing financial statements and reports

Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts

Performing month-end and year-end accounting procedures

Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures and relevant regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting or finance role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures

Proficient in using SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferably mandarin speaking who will be serving Chinese customer
