About the role

NETX HOLDINGS BHD' is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in our Petaling Jaya Selangor office. As the Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting processes. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for the full cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and quarterly statements

Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions

Provide support in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

Maintain and update the company's accounting systems and records

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Accounts Executive or Bookkeeping role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Autocount

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
