We are currently looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team!

About the Role: As Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts for our SPV companies and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly full set management accounts for SPV companies.
  • Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor accounts payable and review postings by the Accounts Assistant.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain a systematic filing system.
  • Oversee and review posting done by the accounts assistant.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial tasks assigned by your superior or the Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Autocount is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
