A leading company in Selangor is seeking an Accounts Executive to prepare financial statements, manage bank reconciliations, and track project financials. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, experience in full-cycle accounting, and proficiency in Excel. This role requires effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, along with a proactive approach to project documentation and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, updating of fixed assets register etc.
Preparing financial statements and accounting reports for month-end closing.
Work closely with the operation teams to ensure orders are properly processed and billed on a timely manner.
Ensure all the assets are recorded and depreciated in accordance to the policy.
Handle intercompany transaction/balances reconciliation and schedules.
Track the financial progress of projects, including changes in project scope, schedule, cost, and cashflow.
Maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
Work closely with the Project team and relevant stakeholders, and provide support to them from a financial standpoint.
Liaison with external advisors, auditors, secretaries, solicitors, investments bank/ commercial banks/ financial institutions, and other related working parties with regard to the implementation and execution of engagements or projects.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Accounting
Experience in full set of accounting and finance reporting
Experience in property development, construction, and/or building industry will be preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Communicates effectively both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
