Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closing
• Prepare financial and management reports
• Manage banking transactions and documentation (including facilities applications)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and e-Invoicing requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary on finance matters
• Handle monthly payroll and related HR documentation
• Perform general office administrative tasks
• Support any additional accounting or admin tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum LCCI / Diploma or equivalent in Accounting
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• A mature individual with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
