About the role

As an Accounts Executive at LEMAX TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Senai, Johor., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and processing invoices, accounts payable and receivable

Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Providing administrative support to the finance team

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information

Prepare and submit necessary tax filings and documentation which compliance with Malaysian tax regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounts or similar finance role with exposure to Malaysian taxation., preferably in a manufacturing

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Familiarity with Malaysian financial regulations and tax requirements.

Highly Integrity and proactive attitude are required.

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

Ability work prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.

(Must fluency in Mandarin is preferred for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.)

Working hours: Mon-Fri (8:30 a.m.- 6 p.m.)
