A leading food and beverage company is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage financial tasks including bookkeeping, financial statements preparation, and tax liaising. This role requires a diploma/degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Suitable candidates will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Monitor and guide junior staff in daily financial tasks to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and record-keeping.
Review and verify the completeness of financial statements.
Prepare and analyse the full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
Reconcile monthly bank statements and manage daily cash flow.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary on audit, tax, and secretarial matters.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience in SQL accounting software is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
