Job description
An established Developer located in Kuala Lumpur City Centre is looking for suitable candidates for the following position:
Accounts Executive (Property Developer)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle full set of Accounts
- Prepare payment voucher, accounts payable and statement reconciliation.
- Liaise with different department for accounting related report, auditors, company secretary and tax agent.
- Maintain proper filling on all financial and administrative documents
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and schedules when required
- Prepare debtors/creditors reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (eg: fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc)
- Ensure accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned when required by the superior
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor Degree or related qualifications;
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess high degree of self-motivation, be result-oriented and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge in UBS Accounting software will be an added advantage. Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words) software
