Responsibilities

• Manage retail branch operations and prepare financial reports.
• Implement accounting policies and reconcile accounts.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including auditors and bankers.

Oversee and manage the operation of retail branches, including the preparation of general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and profit and loss statements.

Implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.

Prepare financial reports, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and management of daily operations and overall accounting functions.

Analyze and reconcile accounts for various entities.

Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax consultants, contractors, purchasers, and staff at all levels.

Experience in administration will be an added advantage.

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related field.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written) due to business communications, documentation, operations, and reporting needs.
