ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Description: Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive with a focus on financial forecasting and budgeting to join our finance team. You will collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to ensure accurate financial projections, track performance against budget, and provide insights for cost control and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

1. Handle accounts-related work
2. Manage credit control and payments
3. Manage cash flow
4. Prepare financial forecasts and annual budgets
5. Liaise with auditors during the annual audit process

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen, with a LCCI Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of accounting/finance work experience
• Proficient in computer systems, especially accounting software
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
