Process vendor invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
Reconcile vendor and receivable accounts regularly.
Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all financial transactions.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash balances and maintain financial accuracy.
General Ledger Maintenance:
Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring correct postings.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in management accounts and provide analytical financial reports.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Monitor and report on budget variances.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
Taxation:
Assist in tax return preparation and submission (GST, corporate tax, etc.).
Ensure timely filing and payment of all tax obligations.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle stock checking, record-keeping, and stock management.
Continuously seek improvements in accounting processes and systems.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software.
Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL) and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with spreadsheets.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
