Job summary

A leading property development company in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage daily transactions and support financial reporting. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and the ability to liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients in Mandarin. Ideal candidates will demonstrate independence and a proactive attitude, while being proficient in relevant accounting software.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM/O level certificate/Diploma/Degree in accounting.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin - written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of computerized accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily account transactions and handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.

Job description

Responsibilities:- Maintain daily account transaction, able to handle full set of accounts
- Handle all necessary accounting system
- Any tasks given as and when required
- To prepare bank reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts , expenses and development expenditure.
- To Assist and support in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
- Experienced in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least an SPM /O level certificate /Diploma /Degree accounting or equivalent accounting qualification .
- Be computer literate and able to handle Miscrosoft Office and Word .
- Willing to work independently .
- Good command of English ,Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin - written and spoken . We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiar with computerised accounting system ,IFCA & Autocount accounting.
- Good working attitude, hardworking and discipline .
- Prefer stay at Petaling Jaya and own transport vehicles.
