Job description

Summary of Duties
- Check and verify daily AP, AR, GL, and bank transactions.
- Ensure accuracy of financial information is updated in the system.
- Implement and maintain proper internal control.
- Submit timely financial information for review.
- Compile and prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial reports and report results periodically.
- Ensure information security measures are implemented and followed by IT users.
- Coordinate IT-related issues with internal and external parties.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.

Major Responsibilities
a) Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports.
b) Maintain proper internal control.
c) Provide financial information and analysis for business decision-making.
d) Oversee IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, and backup systems.

Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Costing experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
