Job description

Company Description: White Heron Pharmaceutical is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing day-to-day transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers and budget to ensure everything is balanced and on track.
  • Preparing invoices, credit notes, DOs, and managing statement of accounts.
  • Performing stock take process to ensure stock tally with stock system.
  • Managing office operations, including organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and coordination with vendors for office upkeep.
  • Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, as well as performing general accounts & admin support tasks as per assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in an accounting role, particularly on FULL SET ACCOUNT.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language is required as staff will be required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
  • Flexible candidates with ability to manage and perform ad hoc tasks.
  • Professional communication capabilities, including calls, emails, memos, letters, and other industry-related reports, documents, and correspondence.
