Company Description:
White Heron Pharmaceutical is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized and EXPERIENCED in full set account Accounts Executive to join our team and contribute to our success!

What you'll be doing:

Managing day-to-day transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers and budget to ensure everything is balanced and on track.

Preparing invoice, credit note, DO and manage statement of accounts

Perform stock take process to ensure stock tally with stock system.

Manage office operations, including organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment and coordination with vendors for office upkeep.

Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, as well as performing general accounts & admin support task as per assigned by the Head of Department.

What you must have:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any relevant fields.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in an accounting role, particularly on FULL SET ACCOUNT.

Proficiency in Mandarin language is required as staffs will be required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.

Flexible candidates with ability to manage and perform ad hoc tasks is required.

Candidates must possess professional communication capabilities, including calls, emails, memos, letters, and other industry-related reports, documents, and correspondence.
