A leading company in Johor is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage daily payment processing, staff claims, and maintain a full set of accounts. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting experience, be detail-oriented, and possess strong document management skills. This role requires familiarity with SQL-based accounting systems and the ability to work independently.
• Handle daily payment processing and prepare payment vouchers (PVs) with proper documentation.
• Process staff claims and ensure proper documentation and approvals are obtained.
• Assist in preparing a full set of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and payment processing.
• Liaise with suppliers on statements, payment queries, and discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting and payment documents.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
