Job description
Job Responsibility
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and managing customer payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation.
  • Other ad hoc duties or project as assigned by superior or management from time-to-time
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Computer literate preferably with knowledge of Autocount Accounting system
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of accounting knowledge.
  • Exhibit proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
