About the role

Danum Sinar Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Ensure the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

Providing support to the finance team in various accounting-related tasks

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

Monitor stock position and reconciliation to ensure accuracy

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or a similar role in the accounting/finance industry

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, familiar with Auto Count, IECS/ECSWeb and SAP is an added advantages

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills
