About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our growing team at AUTOFIN ASSOCIATES (JOHORE) SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru District, Johor. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
  • Generating financial reports and statements
  • Providing support to the finance team as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
