• Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and general ledger (GL).

(2) SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
• Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions, verifying accuracy in bank deposits.

• Handle supplier payment, employee expense claims and petty cash management, ensuring proper documentation and timely disbursement.
• Assist in audit & tax preparation, ensuring all required financial records and supporting documents are available and in compliance with financial standards.
• Maintain and organize accurate accounting records, ensuring proper documentation for internal and external reporting.
• Liaise with banks and suppliers on accounting-related matters.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, SST regulations, and general tax requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
(3) ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the daily financial operations across multiple business entities.
• Supervise and guide the team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial reporting.
• Review and ensure financial report compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements before submission.
• Prepare and review monthly and year-end financial statements, reconciliations, and audit schedules to support statutory and management reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, account payables, and receivables, ensuring timely payments.
• Identify and investigate financial discrepancies, working closely with relevant departments to resolve outstanding issues.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and external parties on financial and tax-related matters.
• Assist in improving internal accounting procedures and financial controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and management reporting, assisting the management in strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Hands-on experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance and audit processes.
• Proficiency in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide junior and collaborate effectively across departments.
