Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries including AP, AR, and general ledger updates
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
  • Assist in monthly and annual financial closings and reporting
  • Support in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cash flow management
  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist in preparing required documentation
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and tax filings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
