Job description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A' Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, LCCI Higher or any field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (must) & English (Speaking and Writing).
  • Well-versed with local Employment Act and Statutory guidelines.
  • Team skills – ability to work collaboratively in a participative management environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Accounting Software, Payroll Software.
  • Full understanding of office management systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Handling full set of accounts using accounting software.
  • Liaising with company secretary, auditor, and tax agent.
  • Managing statutory and monthly payments.
  • Handling recruitment, payroll, office administration, facilities, maintenance, and services schedules.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation and company policies.
  • Monitoring staff confirmation, promotion, salary adjustments, and appraisals.
  • Updating employee data and maintaining personnel files.
  • Managing staff hostel/accommodation, including tenancy, maintenance, utilities, hygiene, and safety.
  • Organizing team building, celebrations, and company events.
  • Ordering office supplies and equipment.
  • Preparing HR reports and maintaining leave records.
  • Contributing to HR system improvements.
  • Supporting staff with HR administrative tasks.
  • Assisting managers and departments as needed.
  • Updating HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Reporting daily routines to management.
  • Performing other duties as required.
