A leading company is seeking an Accounts and Administration Executive responsible for maintaining financial records and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Maintain full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
Maintain detailed listings and summaries of financial transactions, including cash movements, payments, intercompany transactions, and outstanding balances for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Prepare internal reports, summaries, trackers, and business correspondence for directors and management, including coordination of internal and external communications.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, legal and government authorities as needed.
Handle confidential documents securely and maintain high accuracy in documentation.
Support other ad hoc administrative, finance, or coordination duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in office administration and accounting functions. Prior experience in audit will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail with ability to track, summarize, and tabulate financial transactions accurately.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
High integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
