- Manage office admin work, office maintenance, servicing and supplies & Provide administrative assistance to management
- Handle accounts and other relevant ad-hoc tasks & assignments.
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts & financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors, Identify and address discrepancies
- To Generate & update report on variance between sub-con claim & Certified work done record.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
- Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain proper accounting record and filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
- Able to liaising with local authorities & external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, Insurance agent etc
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s):Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3Year(s) of working experience
- Able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (SQL, UBS)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
- Able to work independently well under pressure
